About Aikido

AikidoI have practiced the japanese martial art of Aikido for some years. I initialy dabbled in karate and kendo before getting into this non-comptitive art. I also practice the art of aiki-toho (close to iaido) which is the art of drawing the sword and cutting in one swift movement. I am currently not practicing in any dojo, but I hope to find the time to take it up again soon.

Latest news: I have reached agreement with Aarup Judo & Jiu-jitsu to start aikido under their organisation. For this purpose I have created ‘Vestfyns Aikikai’ which for the time being has some ties to Aarhus Aikikai (my original ‘homedojo’). Read more about it (in danish) by clicking the name above.
